This grant promotes international exchange and skill improvement activities among translators of Swedish literature and drama.
This grant aims to make it possible for more Swedish theatre plays in translation to be performed on stage abroad.
This grant aims to promote translation of Swedish literature into other, non-Nordic, languages.
The objective of this grant is to increase publishing of quality literature in other Nordic languages. Since the grant is established in the national literature centres and their national and international networks, it can contribute to a wider discussion on translated literature.
This grant aims to promote high quality Swedish literature and drama internationally. Invite authors, arrange a themed event, publish a magazine on Swedish books, arrange a translation workshop.
Each year, we offer the possibility for foreign publishers and translators to apply to participate in the Gothenburg Book Fair Fellowship programme, taking place during the Gothenburg Book Fair in September. Due to the current circumstances it is difficult to plan for a visiting programme. We will return with more information as soon as possible. Until then the application will be closed.
