The 9th World Summit will explore artistic freedom as a fundamental pillar of cultural policy and examine how we can – and why we should – safeguard artistic freedom.

The programme is developed in collaboration with an International Programme Advisory Committee (IPAC), comprising leaders from across the arts and culture sector.
